EED is a specialist VIP nanny agency placing exceptional nannies with celebrity, royalty and UHNW families across London, Dubai and internationally. We don’t advertise every role — the majority of our VIP nanny jobs are filled quietly, directly from our candidate register.
What to Expect from VIP Nanny Jobs
VIP nanny positions are some of the most sought-after roles in the profession — and among the most demanding. EED’s clients include celebrities, royalty, UHNW entrepreneurs and high-profile families who require exceptional standards of childcare, absolute discretion and complete flexibility.
Salary figures are gross annual for UK placements. International and Dubai roles may differ. EED will advise on appropriate packages at briefing stage.
Types of VIP Nanny Jobs
EED places across the full range of VIP nanny roles — from live-in sole-charge positions to specialist rota and bilingual placements.
VIP Live-In Nanny
Based in the family home, available around-the-clock when needed. Accommodation and meals typically provided. Common in London townhouses and international residences. The most common EED placement type at the VIP level.
VIP Live-Out Nanny
Working set hours from your own accommodation. Less common at the very top end of the market, but available with London-based families who have a settled household structure and defined working hours.
Rota Nanny
Two nannies working in rotation — typically two weeks on, two weeks off — providing continuous cover for families with demanding schedules or multiple residences. View rota nanny jobs →
Bilingual Nanny
Nannies with a native-level second language — French, Arabic, Mandarin, Russian — placed with multilingual families who want language immersion alongside expert childcare.
Maternity Nurse
Specialist newborn care, typically 4–12 week placements. Exclusively focused on the newborn and new parents — sleep training, feeding and establishing routines from day one.
Travel Nanny
Accompanying families on international travel or between residences. Requires flexibility, a valid passport, and comfort managing children’s routines across time zones and cultures.

- A professional, discreet manner and strong emotional intelligence
- Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally
- Experience managing a busy household routine alongside other staff
Additional languages, a full driving licence, SEND experience and teaching qualifications are all highly valued by EED’s clients and will increase the range of roles you are considered for.
