Rota Nanny Placement Agency: We Work To Recruit Top Nannies For All Jobs!
Have you considered hiring a rota nanny? Are you looking to hire a nanny who can work in shifts or rotations? Many of our VIP clients find that working with a rota nanny is a fantastic childcare solution, particularly when working with younger children.
Nannies working in rota (rotation) typically work for a period of time before having the same amount of time ‘off’. Typical schedules might therefore be: 1 week working, 1 week off, 10 days working, 10 days off, or 2 weeks working, followed by 2 weeks off. Occasionally nannies work on monthly rotation schedules, but this is uncommon.
When you hire a vip nanny from an agency they will take care of the all of the same nanny duties as daily nannies with the added benefit that scheduling no longer becomes an issue. Your rota nanny can be on call 24/7 for the duration of the rota. Your nanny will be available at nights if required (hence the suitability for young children). The nanny can share a room with the child or to be in an adjoining room if necessary. This is a great solution for busy parents, parents who work long hours or who travel a lot.

Domestic Staffing Solutions and Childcare Providers
Working with an overseas rota nanny introducing a language means that your child can benefit from the immersion of having a nanny around them 24/7. This will increase your child’s development in the target language.
A full rotation (2 nannies working consecutively) can therefore help your child improve their command of 2 separate languages. Some families may choose, for example, one week of English followed by one week of French.
Our agency can help hire overseas rota nannies from the UK, France, Spain, Germany for progression and development in a variety of languages, alongside top quality childcare. In this case they come to us and we find a bilingual nanny with our agency.
All of our nannies are qualified, experienced and background checked. If you would like to find out more about hiring a rota nanny, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
