EED is delighted to be representing a private Emirati family in Abu Dhabi, seeking a full-time Personal Trainer to lead a structured transformation programme for a male client aged in his mid-40s, combining disciplined training with nutrition coaching and broader wellness support.
This is a full-time, in-home role requiring a highly focused, transformation-style programme rather than general fitness maintenance. The client is very busy, so the successful candidate needs to be regimented and able to hold him to the programme, while working flexibly around a demanding schedule. Mornings are the preferred training window, and the preferred location is the client’s home gym, although he is open to varied training to keep the programme engaging.
Beyond training sessions, the role includes structured nutrition coaching and general wellness support — covering recovery, sleep and lifestyle habits — as part of an integrated programme. The client has a specific interest in padel tennis, for which he has a court on his property.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and delivering a disciplined, structured body transformation programme
- Holding the client accountable to the programme while working flexibly around his demanding schedule
- Providing structured nutrition coaching, appropriate to non-clinical dietary and lifestyle guidance
- Supporting broader wellness — recovery, sleep and lifestyle habits — as part of an integrated approach
- Delivering morning training sessions in the client’s home gym, with varied location training where appropriate to maintain engagement
- Incorporating padel tennis into training sessions where useful and appropriate
- Tracking progress, measuring outcomes and adapting the programme against clear transformation goals
- Operating with complete discretion within a private VIP household
Candidate Requirements
- Recognised personal training qualification (REPs/CIMSPA, NASM, ACE or equivalent) essential
- Nutrition coaching certification appropriate to non-clinical dietary and lifestyle guidance essential
- Demonstrable prior experience delivering focused, disciplined body transformation programmes, with verifiable client results
- Able to demonstrate similar previous success cases
- Already based in the UAE, located in or genuinely ready to relocate to Abu Dhabi
- Valid UAE right to work under a compliant arrangement for full-time private household employment
- Fluent in Arabic or English
- Confident, assured manner — able to hold a busy, senior client accountable to a programme without being deferential or losing structure
- Right personality match to keep the client engaged over the long term
- Discretion essential — comfortable with the confidentiality expectations of a private VIP household
- Padel tennis playing ability, to a standard where informal coaching/hitting sessions add genuine value, strongly preferred
- Prior experience working within a private household or with high-profile clients strongly preferred
The Offer
- Salary: AED 25,000–30,000 per month, negotiable depending on final schedule and whether accommodation is provided
- Full-time, based in Abu Dhabi

- Schedule built around the client’s availability, with mornings the preferred training window
