What We Look For
EED is a boutique agency. We work with a small number of exceptional candidates and represent them exclusively to our UHNW client base. We are selective — but for the right candidate, the opportunities are unlike anything you will find elsewhere.

- ✓Minimum 3 years experience in a private household or equivalent high-calibre role
- ✓Verifiable written and verbal references from past employers
- ✓Enhanced DBS check (or international equivalent) or willingness to obtain one
- ✓Full right to work in the UK or UAE (or open to international placements)
- ✓Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement — all placements require full confidentiality
- ✓Flexibility for travel, rota arrangements or live-in roles where required

Household Staff
Estate managers, butlers, private chefs, domestic couples and personal trainers. Formal household and 5-star hospitality backgrounds preferred.
